This session explores the Kremlin’s information influencing operations in non-Western environments based upon a recent report released in June. The report focuses on five selected countries as case studies: Egypt, Mali, Kenya, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates and is based upon qualitative and quantitative data, Key Insight Interviews (KIIs), digital tools, and Russian information and deception doctrines.
