Panel discussion | AI in Support of Strategic Communications

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has accelerated over the last few years, and AI capabilities are now used in multiple sectors such as labor and health as well as in strategic communications. This session explores how AI-generated capabilities can be utilized in strategic communication. It also addresses when not to use these capabilities, what their current limitations are, how trust can be built for end users, and what the risks of using these capabilities could be. Finally, the panel explores how AI capabilities is currently being used to support strategic communications and to countering information influence activities across different organizations.
