Colonel Katkov is Сhief of Department, StratCom Directorate, Office of the Commander-in-Chief, Armed Forces of Ukraine and has worked for the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine since 2019. Before this he worked in Mission of Ukraine to NATO and was a Senior Staff Officer, Peacekeeping Department, Euro-Atlantic Integration Directorate, General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
