Viktoriia Lialina-Boiko, Ukrainian diplomat, Deputy Director of the Department for Public Diplomacy and Communications of the MFA of Ukraine. After graduating in International Economics and Management, started her diplomatic career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - working as a political officer in Kyiv and then in the Embassies of Ukraine in France and Georgia. Now, is responsible for Digital Diplomacy and Public Diplomacy of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry.
